International College of Ministry
Ministry License and Ordination Program
To be a licensed and ordained minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ is a serious and crucial step. The International College of Ministry offers ministry licenses and ordination to qualified individuals who have a genuine calling from the Lord to serve in the ministry of Jesus Christ. We aim to recognize and confirm God's call upon those He has anointed for this special purpose.
This ordination is conferred through our seminary and is not affiliated with any particular church or denomination. It is conducted under the covering of Spirit Wind Ministries Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Newly licensed and ordained ministers will automatically become part of the Spirit Wind Apostolic Network.
We do not guarantee that all applicants will be approved. Each application is considered on its merit and approved with prayer and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Please refer to the application form for details of all requirements.
If approved, each ordained individual must complete one continuing education course through our ICM ministry or Christian Counseling catalog annually before renewal.

Our corporate bylaws outline our beliefs concerning marriage and homosexuality. However, God’s love through Jesus is unconditional. We uphold the Biblical definition and the laws concerning human sexuality. According to the Bible, Marriage and its guiding principles were created and instituted by God as part of His original creation. Therefore, the institution of marriage is not an afterthought or an invention of man, but a divine creation (Genesis 2:22-24; Matthew 19:4-5; Leviticus 20:13; 1 Corinthians 6:9).
In summary, marriage is a union between a biological man and a biological woman, and homosexuality is a sin. (Romans 1:26-27)
Please note: We will not ordain individuals or affiliations from denominations that do not align with our values and our statement of faith.
Our ordination approval process considers most Protestant and Evangelical groups; however, each applicant will be carefully prayed over and evaluated based on their individual merits.
