Extension Campus Program
Who We Are
We are an in-depth ministry training school for those seeking a college degree in theology, ministry, or Christian counseling. We are a place inspiring personal growth for those wanting a deeper walk with the Lord. ICM is a Holy Spirit-filled college recognized by the Florida Department of Education Commission for Independent Education. In addition, Accrediting Commission International, the largest Christian accrediting organization in the world, accredits ICM.
When an ICM extension campus is approved, then the following benefits apply:
Allows your school to offer accredited courses and legitimate college degrees.
You do not need to "reinvent the wheel."
It gives credibility to the teaching you are already doing in your church.
Full access to over 200 courses with notes.
The ability to create your courses with preapproval.
Permanent and secure online record keeping for each enrolled student, as well as grades and legal transcripts.
Free counsel and training when needed.
You may use your school name.

Extension Campus
Student Applications
The director should upload our student enrollment form with the required information for each of their students.
Important: The campus director or ICM will provide a student acceptance letter (by email) detailing the student's enrollment terms, including their required courses, credit hours needed, and other necessary information. ICM will review each letter to ensure it complies with acceptable academic standards.
Tuition and Fees
The satellite campus can charge any tuition amounts and fees as they choose. We can recommend tuition costs, but the satellite campus can charge their students whatever they feel is fair. For example, a typical ICM course is $225, but the director can adjust it for each student.
Amount due to ICM
We ask that a debit or credit card be kept on file with ICM for all extension campus payments.
The extension campus keeps any amount over the ICM amount due.
• Registration — $50 for each student, due immediately upon enrollment.
• Tuition — $50 per student per course, due at the start of each course.
• Graduation fee — $75 per student, due one month before graduation.
• Textbooks — Our textbooks are the Bible and other books if needed. They may be purchased by the student from Amazon.
Record Keeping
ICM will establish a digital enrollment file with each student's grades, transcript, acceptance letter, and other necessary documentation. However, each campus should also have a system of record keeping.
Student Grades
The campus director should upload final grades for each course immediately upon completion of that course to icmccampus.org.
Diplomas
When a student has completed all their degree requirements, an Application for Graduation must be completed. ICM will provide a legal college diploma, including your school name. There is no additional charge for this.
Continual information to be provided by the campus director
• A schedule and description of each course to be taught for preapproval.
• An attendance sheet for each course taught.
• Final grades for each student for each course.
• Any changes to the student's status or contact information.
Further Information
All school policies and principles should be adhered to. In addition, each student is expected to demonstrate integrity as a Christian or minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
ICM is an interdenominational school:
Some students have some doctrinal differences. We will discuss differences but always remain brothers and sisters in Christ. We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God who came to earth as God incarnate. He died for the sins of the world. Therefore, those who believe in Him shall be saved. These beliefs are non-negotiable.
Cause for termination:
If it is determined that the director or his staff are operating in an un-Christlike manner in violation of expected ministerial integrity ethics, this agreement can be terminated by a vote of the board of directors of ICM.
